The appliance is equipped with a continuously adjustable thermostat, and a control lamp round the thermostat knob. The control lamp lights up red when the appliance is plugged in, green when the temperature is chosen and red again when the chosen temperature is reached. By means of the push button you can open the appliance to 180° in order to use the appliance as a BBQ. By pressing the push button you can remove the baking plates from the appliance for an easy cleaning. The cooking fat and juices released during the grilling are collected in the drip tray through the outlet on the baking plate.
