When connected to the COUGAR Core Box, Core Box C or Core Box v2, the COUGAR RGB LED Strip will allow you to choose from 100 amazing visual effects that will give your case a new life. If you also have Vortex RGB fans, the effects on the fans and the LED strips can be wirelessly controlled and synchronized. With Core Box C or Core Box v2, connection to compatible motherboards’ 5v RGB header for system-wide synchronization is also possible.(Note: Both Core Box/Core Box C/Core Box v2 and the Vortex RGB fans are sold separately. This package includes only two COUGAR RGB LED Strips).

Support for 5V RGB Motherboard Connections
Connect the strips directly to the 5V RGB lighting connector of compatible ASUS, ASrock, Gigabyte or MSI motherboards.(Please note: Only 5V RGB addressable lighting headers from compatible motherboards are supported; please do not connect the strip to a 12V connector).
