The GS8E modular patch cord family supports the high performance system level requirements built into the new SYSTIMAX GigaSPEED XL cabling solutions. The GS8E is the latest innovation in the GigaSPEED XL Solution of modular patch cords and is fully tuned to provide optimal throughput performance when installed as part of the GigaSPEED XL channel. It features new, higher performance cordage, which incorporates a patent-pending bi-sector tape (similar to the tape used in the new 71E series cable). The GS8E features a distinctive red translucent wire sled and new anti-snap feature that greatly improves installation and removal for moves, adds and changes.
