Simply press the sturdy metal handle on the grating good, turn the crank and fine rasps fall out of the drum. Particularly practical: the mill can be completely dismantled for the hygienic cleaning. The crank can be attached on the drum from both sides. Therefore the mill is suitable for right- and left-handers.
